Description

We are thrilled to welcome Paris-based dance troupe Kif-Kif Bledi to Chicago for a North African dance demonstration and workshop!

Join us for a journey to the Maghreb via the traditional dances of Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia. This workshop is an invitation to discover movements that tell stories, express deep emotions, and celebrate connection to the earth and the natural elements. Kif-Kif Bledi will perform traditional dances such as Chaabi, Ahwach, Reggada, Raï, Kabyle, and Fazzani with a modern twist, after which guests will have the chance to learn the moves themselves!

Dance the night away with your fellow Francophiles, all while enjoying delicious Maghrebi cuisine, refreshing mint tea, and a glass of wine.

🚪 Doors open at 6:15 p.m. Demonstration begins at 6:30 p.m. Please enter via 54 W Chicago St.
