The Alliance Française’s biennial Gala More than 500 prominent Francophiles will gather at the Civic Opera House of Chicago to celebrate the French Art de Vivre dinner, which will be beautifully set on stage, dancing and a silent auction. Our distinguished culinary guests, the master chefs of the prestigious Ecole Ritz Escoffier at the Ritz Paris will travel to Chicago to create a superb dinner menu paired with fine wines. The beautiful décor will be created by Djordje Varda, the floral designer of the Ritz Paris and the cocktails will be expertly created and prepared by Colin Field, the barman of Hemingway Bar at the Ritz Paris.
