Chef Seaman opened a new sugar art studio in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood where he holds workshops. Chef Seaman also leads pastry enthusiasts on the “International Pastry Tour,” giving them behind-the-scenes looks into pastry and chocolate kitchens throughout France.
