Expand your skill with a wide variety of citrus fruits as we prepare these refreshing dishes: Pork Loin with Blood Orange Sauce; Bay Scallop Salad with Meyer Lemons and Oranges; Lime Tart and Pink Grapefruit Marmalade.

Madelaine has been teaching French cooking techniques at Chez Madelaine Cooking School for over 30 years, in Illinois ( She also organizes trips to France to help participants unveil the mysteries of French cuisine.
